We use Royal Mail and UPS (usually for larger non UK orders). It is policy to never use Hermes/Evri. All goods are made to order. Lead time can vary (please check website header) to complete an order, though during busy periods this may be longer. All orders are first come first serve basis. We are not responsible for delay caused by 3rd party delivery companies or incorrectly/incomplete addresses.
Orders cancelled or returned for refund will incur a 50% cancellation fee from the original order amount as all items are made to order and customer is to pay any postage costs.
Any customised items cannot be returned.
Items damaged in transit will be exchanged like for like. This must be backed up with a photo of damaged parcel from shipping company.
Items broken by customer to generate a return is not acceptable and will not be replaced or refunded.
